As a resident you are provided water, sewer and trash removal, and the utilities that you are responsible for are electric, and anything extra you may want such as phone, internet, or cable.
Q. Is there assigned parking?
At Steinhurst Manor there is no assigned parking for our residents, parking is on a first come first serve basis.
Q. What type of payment is accepted for the deposit, application fee, or rent?
At Steinhurst Manor we accept check, money order or credit card. Credit cards we accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Q. Does your property have emergency maintenance?
We provide our residents with 24 hour emergency maintenance for any of those unexpected occurrences.
