At Quail Run our community is pet friendly, we allow pets and have no weight or breed restrictions for the pets you have.
Q. What utilities are provided as a resident of Quail Run?
As a resident you are provided water, sewer and trash removal, and the utilities that you are responsible for are gas, electric, and anything extra you may want such as phone, internet, or cable.
Q. Is there assigned parking?
At Quail Run there is no assigned parking for our residents, parking is on a first come first serve basis.
Q. What type of payment is accepted for the deposit, application fee, or rent?
At Quail Run we accept check, money order or credit card. Credit cards we accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Q. Does your property have emergency maintenance?
We do provide our residents with 24 hour maintenance emergency for any of those unexpected occurrences.
Q. What is the minimum lease requirement?
The minimum lease requirement is a 3 month lease.

Yes, there is a local bus service that runs close to Quail Run, which is the City of Columbus bus service.
