Q. What type of background checks do you do prior to allowing someone to move in?
At Fountainhead we screen all of our residents through consumer reports as well as employment verifications, and rental history verifications.
Q. Is there assigned parking on the community?
At Fountainhead we do not have assigned parking for the convenience of all of our residents.
Q. Does your community have 24 hour maintenance emergency?
Yes, we do provide 24 hour maintenance emergency for all of our residents.
Q. Do any of your apartment homes come with washer and dryers?
Selected apartments at Fountainhead do have washers and dryers in them.
Q. Is Fountainhead a pet friendly community?
At Fountainhead we are pet friendly, we allow you any size, or breed of dogs. We accept all household pets. We do provide a lighted dog run for your dogs to enjoy. Additional fees for each pet apply.
Q. Is there local bus service that runs in front of the community?
IndyGo is the local public bus line that runs in front of Fountainhead. For more information call IndyGo at 317-635-2100.
Q. Do you encourage getting renters insurance?
At Fountainhead we strongly encourage you to purchase renter’s insurance because it provides coverage for your own personal property. Unfortunately, your personal property is not covered by the community’s insurance policy.
Q. What type of payments do you accept?
We accept check, money order or credit card. Credit cards we accept: Visa and MasterCard.
Q. Is the property handicap accessible?
No
Q. Are corporate discounts offered?
Yes we do provide a discount to IUPUI Students, and to Saint Vincent employees.
Q. What is the minimum lease requirement?
The minimum lease requirement at Fountainhead is a 3 month lease. |
